In a town during a storm, a group of people attack a giant woman with a mutant Quirk, mistaking her for a villain. Deku arrives on the scene and saves her, explaining that she is innocent. She confesses that she was slow to evacuate, and apologizes for the trouble she caused. Deku comforts her and assures her that everything will go back to normal. He talks with Daigoro Banjo about how they still have no clue where the villains are, and unless he can draw out One For All’s full power, he can’t stop them. Back in the Vestige world, the users of One For All argue about whether to help Deku or not. Yoichi convinces them to work with Deku, and they all prepare to head out to help him.

Endeavor faces off against low-tier villains armed with deadly weapons, with one of them using a powerful nail gun from Detnerat. Using his Super Move: Ignited Arrow, he quickly dispatches the villain, though he can’t help but feel responsible for the situation. Meanwhile, protestors blame Endeavor, Best Jeanist, and Hawks for society’s current state, believing the heroes are keeping secrets about Tomura’s whereabouts. As they drive away, the heroes discuss their next move, suspecting that All For One is planning something big.

All Might watches over Deku, who’s constantly on the move despite Sir Nighteye’s advice to take a break. Suddenly, Deku’s GPS signal disappears, and All Might receives a notification on his phone. Before he can act, a grenade explodes near his car, and Deku’s phone is shot and pinned to a nearby building. The shooter reveals herself to be the woman who freed Kai Chisaki and demands that Deku come with her.

As the heroes race to uncover All For One’s plan, they must also face the looming threat of a dangerous enemy targeting Deku. Will they be able to stop All For One and protect Deku from harm?
